When did your character first gain this ability? How?
When he was five, Allen was playing in the park unattended when he saw a white cat. Never being so close to a squirrel before and being the naive child that he was, Allen went to chase after the cat, hoping to catch it. Eventually, he would become frustrated with not being able to catch it with his hands as he was too small and not fast enough to keep up. It was then when his head started to hurt as if someone was shaking his head from side to side. It was then that an arm materialized in front of him, grabbing the cat, but also crushing it.
PSI Description: Allen's burst manifest itselfs as glowing hands with their forearms attached to them. Each arm is about six inches/ around the average length from the tips of the middle finger to the end of the forearm. He can create up to eight of these arms as of right now Just like normal arms, they can grab, lift, and strike, although they have much more strength than the average human being. Each arm being able to lift up to 800 lbs each and strike with enough force to smash through a six-inch wall of concrete.
Weakness: Although Allen can move while invoking his burst, it causes mental strain to do so. Therefore, Allen mostly stands straight while holding his hands together as if he's praying. This could lead to a huge disadvantage when it comes to dealing with long-ranged attacks from afar. Also at this level, using all eight hands at once for various functions are a heavily taxing on Allen's brain. At this point, each hand takes about 12% of his concentration/psi to use
PSI Techniques:
Asura: Preta - A hand of Asura can absorb other PSI-based attacks of its tier and lower such as Pyrokinesis and electrical blasts, and send it back or even redirect the PSI with the same arm.
