Just wanted let you know that there's a contradiction in your character and PSI ability creation. From both templates, the rules say the following:
PSI ability template:
When did your character first gain this ability? How? (must fill this portion out! no exceptions. TIPS: Perhaps a traumatic event? Perhaps years of training? What kind of training or event? Think outside the box! Don't just say he was born with the powers, etc.)
Character template:
PSI Abilities: (Only put Accepted and Universally Accessible PSI Abilities here or else We'll request you redo this section.)
As you can see, apparently you can't create one unless the other is created, and vice versa. This means, technically, you can't make any character of PSI abilities at all.
